Flora and Fauna of New Zealand

I've been pretty bad at updating this but here's some pictures I found on the internet to help show the children the flora and fauna of New Zealand, they have pretty mixed reactions about the kiwi.

This is Pohutukawa tree often found in coastal areas.

The Pohutukawa tree is also known as the New Zealand Christmas Tree.
